Not far from the beautiful Adriatic Sea, the lovingly detailed holiday home Ivana is located. The owner has spared no effort to offer her guests a pleasant vacation. The holiday home provides numerous leisure and relaxation facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a total of 2 bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed, this modern holiday home can accommodate 5 guests. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a TV and air conditioning. An indoor staircase leads to the roof terrace where the centerpiece of the property, a heated Jacuzzi, awaits you, along with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a dining table. The panoramic view from the roof terrace is an oasis of relaxation. In the partially fenced property, there is also a wood-charcoal grill with a dining table for cozy barbecue evenings. For our little guests, a children's playground is available on the large property, as well as bicycles for exploring the quiet area.Private parking is available on the property.In the small annex, long-term tenants live who do not have access to the outdoor area, ensuring your privacy is protected.Book our holiday home Ivana and enjoy the most beautiful time of the year with us. Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgte über eine unbefestigte Straße. Wir wurden von der Hausbesitzerin Ivana sehr herzlich empfangen. Ich hatte vorher mit ihr per SMS unsere Ankunft abgesprochen. Sie hatte schonmal für uns Getränke eingekauft und in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Sie hat uns alles im Haus erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Alle Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool fast täglich genutzt. Bei Rückfragen steht Ivana immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
