Child friendly, beautiful villa "Verudela". 4 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (50 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Unconventional pool shape. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Villa is situated inside the holiday complex "Park Plaza Verudela", at the cape Verudela. The unit consists of 3 villas rented as one unit.

Paradise

The house was even better than pictured and the location was perfect, actually part of a resort but in a very private location. The host was gracious and extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant and the house was spotless. We would definitely return and we would recommend this to a small family or two couples, either young or older. The only downside was the unseasonably cooler weather and the rain, which prevented us from using the outdoor deck and picnic area. .
