Villa Ridollin

Villa Ridollin is a newly built 120 m2 villa located in Pula. The nearest beach, Pomer, is only 7 km away.

The villa includes 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with TV. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm) and en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds (100x200 cm each) and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine in the hallway for everyone's convenience.

Additionally, there is one separate toilet available.

The 120m2 villa features a living room with a cozy couch and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats 6.

Step outside on the terrace to find your cozy spot perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Take five steps down and discover your 26 m2 private pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, perfect for all-day relaxation. Beside the pool, there is a covered outdoor dining area with gas and charcoal BBQ.

The villa offers 2 private parking spaces.
