Villa San Demich is a delightful modern villa that will provide you with the perfect vacation experience. The outdoor area is large enough to accommodate 10 people. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with large double beds, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. There is also a sixth bathroom. The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area and a comfortable living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as a sleeping option for two people. From the living area you have direct access to the pool area and garden, where you can spend unforgettable summer days - either in the pool, where you will find cooling off from the sun, or on the children's playground, where you will spend nice moments with your kids, or just in the shade of the outdoor kitchen, while reading your favorite summer novel or enjoying a delicious meal. Villa San Demich is located in a residential area.
