“The night manager was very helpful”

“Convenient location to university and very clean!”

“The front desk staff were pleasant. The handicap accessible room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Price was reasonable. Hall & stairway carpets were stained and smelled like incense. The breakfast was nice but waffle machine was out of order.”

“Won’t be staying anymore”

“The room was large and clean but the moment I walked in the room it had a very unpleasant odor !! Don’t know if the carpets need a thorough cleaning but bothered me the entire stay .. also the lighting is very dim could use more light by tv !! Could hear the people walking floor creaking upstairs and tv blaring but I understand that having the beams the ceilings are thin probably nothing can be done with that.. other than those issues the bed was comfy liked the double sinks in bathroom !!……

“I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay here again. This is not a typical holiday inn quality. ”

“Firstly, it wasn’t the Radford Inn. Had a very difficult time even finding the property because it was actually a Quality Inn, that by the way had no address signage on the outside of the property. Room was filthy and smelled, stains everywhere. Luckily we were only there for a minimum amount of time.”

“Terrible smell inside , exit doors had tape around the lat h so wouldn’t close pretty sketchy , ask for blanket and manager refused to give us one”

“This BnB is gorgeous! The house amazing, beds are comfy, and my room was huge! They provide nice robes. I did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The house is set back off the road, is very quiet & peaceful. Staff is really nice. They are having some work done on the front of the house, but that did not bother me at all. I would love to stay here again.”

“Totally nasty I wouldn’t leave my dog there much less me.Dirty grass high ,so I didn’t stay either night Would not recommend to anyone”

“I booked one night for the Radford Inn, which I chose through Expedia. However, the hotel rep over the phone said the reservation was under the Quality Inn. Same hotel, two different names and rates. Either Expedia ought to addresses this issue, or the hotel runs a questionable business. My reservation was not found under either hotel name, so Expedia did resolve the problem on my behalf. I have as unable to check out because the man at the counter said they don’t do check-outs at that time of……

“bathroom was not in the cottage but sharing space was very clean.”

“Super nice inside and the host was very thoughtful and kind.”

“This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)”

“The cabin was adorable. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding areas were perfect. We went there on our anniversary and really enjoyed the cozy cabin. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Easy to access a quick to respond. We’ll definitely come back.”
