I stayed here as a pit stop before my friends wedding. The room was clean, hotel is dated but it was fine overall for one night. The bathroom plumbing was a bit iffy but good enough! Overall, good place to spend a night or two, pleasant staff as well.

Do NOT book—this property is falsely portrayed on the Expedia site. For a five-day stay, NONE of the following provided; lobby coffee, morning snack, fresh towels, toilet paper restock, in-room coffee restock, two beds are regular—NOT Queen/Queen, NEVER made or refreshed our bed, NEVER disposed in-room trash. And the hotel is NOT secure; the key entry rear door is NEVER locked allowing anyone to enter. The staff is rude hesitating to give us clean towels on day four of our stay—they explained that they cleaned rooms on day three of a stay—they did NOT. On our arrival persons sitting at a picnic table at the UNLOCKED back door smoking pot and eating directly from a tin can—and people were hanging out by this back door every time we entered or exited never saying hello, so are they hotel staff? Who knows? Expedia, get your hotel details right. Your photos and description of services are completely FALSE. We would have gladly moved after night one but the entire area was sold out so we were stuck in hotel HELL. We will be watching to see if Wyndham & Expedia gets this right. Trust lost.

The property is very basic. The bathtub fixtures need work. The toilet was balanced with a piece of wood and the tub faucet practically fell out. There ws no shampoo in the bathtub dispenser. Very dark room, two inadequate lights. The description says something about a breakfast but there was nothing at all and a sign in the lobby that says "no breakfast". Not a terrible stay, but the place is in need of some basic repairs and attention to some details.

The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door). I mean, the room had been cleaned, but the used towel was a bit creepy. And then there are also people who live there, long-term guests of New York state substance abuse rehab program. So, that was also a bit creepy. It _is_ a Super 8 and not the Hilton, but potential guests should know this stuff.

The hotel rooms smelled like cigarette smoke although there was a no smoking policy. The room was poorly lit, complete lack of lighting and light switches were poorly placed. Bed was very hard, and pillows were outdated and lumpy. It was a place to sleep for the night but won’t stay there again.

There is NO breakfast here, despite Expedia offer a lower price without breakfast and a higher price with breakfast. Do NOT pay the higher price and expect breakfast. Room was old, but it had a comfortable bed and the heat worked well, which is all I needed on this frigid weekend.
