Pulford Castle This small motte and bailey castle is believed to have been built around 1100 when it defended the strategic river crossing and marshy ground around what is now Pulford Brook. Good location and parking if you arrive early enough. Spa facilities were very good and breakfast was nice. Sadly the room was disappointing. Advertised as having a shower above a bath but we only had a very small shower cubicle and no bath. There was no towel rail or hooks in the bathroom to hang ...

Good location by the waterfront.
It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.

Room was clean & comfortable, some cosmetic issues such as cupboard door broken, and tv not working if extraction fan was on. However communication was great, very clear and personal. The staff I met on arrival made sure I was ok. I would stay again.
