We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant during the evening and everybody was very accommodating of us having a young baby with us in such a lovely place. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely hotel and excellent breakfast. Really appreciated our room upgrade, which made our trip extra special. Every member of staff was really helpful. Especially Charlie who booked a restaurant reservation for my partner who wanted a particular French dish, and then asked how it was on our return. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

The last word in luxury. Beautifully decorated in a beautiful location. Special thanks to the gentleman who met us in the pouring rain with a large umbrella and helped us inside. Superb wine list, as always, in a very beautiful dining room. Limited menu, but superbly executed.

Beloved this hotel, it was so pretty and clean. The pool was a plus to our stay. The kids loved it. We used it almost every day. The restaurant down the stairs was amazing and they offered free breakfast in the morning which was a plus I can talk about this property for our and all the good things about it. We will definitely go back.

Lovely property located in the center of the village of Puligny Montrachet. Helpful staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Excellent breakast. Very good for dinner as well but menu is limited to a handful of choices. Phenomenal wine list and a 16,000 bottle wine cellar with fair prices.

A village party was thrown facing our hotel room by the locals who played bad Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez songs full volume for 4 hours and the staff did nothing to provide assistance, or empathy for that matter. The room was completely unusable from 5:30 to 9:30 given the volume and really crappy music while we are in burgundy.

Awful experience, don’t bother.

Mediocre experience. Snobby hotel with a complicated menu. No room service, no food between meal hours. They tried to put me in a room with 2 single (tiny) beds for €250/night, I refused so they gave me a Queen over a next door building site that started at 7am. Ate out at the local bistro which was awesome; don’t bother with the hotel’s nonsense ‘Pigeon and Tripe’ fancy menu >€100 each. They would not accommodate my bicycle in my room. Breakfast was overpriced, so I walked instead to the bakery 2 blocks away for excellent croissant. Don’t stay here, go to Beaune instead. This is overpriced for faux-gastros who have more money than sense.
