A lovely, well equipped apartment with amazing sea views

Antonio made us very welcome and we had no problems settling in to this lovely apartment with enviable sea views and balcony windows on two sides, allowing a natural sea breeze through the flat. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was a treat! The apartment is within a stone's throw of a tiny local beach and a 5 - 10 minute walk from a much larger, more commercial beach. The location is very Spanish (which we loved), with restaurants and beach bars, as well as night time entertainment and market stalls in the square behind the apartment building - these often didn't start until gone10.30pm so it's important to adapt to the local rhythm of life!! The pools available for residents are great, and staffed by a lifeguard. Top tip - go down just after 5pm for a less busy swim! Overall, highly recommended! Gracias, Antonio

Superb Apartment

My wife and I have been staying in San Juan for a number of years, at a range of properties. This apartment has almost everything. First of all the location is absolutely ideal, you could not be much closer to the sea , it has dual aspect balconies which both offer fantastic views, and a welcome breeze throughout the apartment. We have just returned from a 3 week stay at the end of May and early June. It has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have had for a long time. Communication with the owner, Antonio, throughout the process, has been straightforward.. He speaks good English. The apartment was spotless, all bedding and towels provided.. Because we were there for an extended holiday, some days we just sat on the balcony, reading, taking in the views, people watching. We ate in most of the time and the apartment is well stocked with kitchen utensils, everything we needed (apart from a kettle - but we just boiled water in a pan). It does have air conditioning, and it was hot whilst we were there, but because of the breeze from the two balconies there was no need to use. I can honestly say that this is one apartment I would like to go back to.. Muchas gracias Antonio, espero que, una dia, vamos a regresar a su apartamento. Hasta Luego. Saludos, Ian & Helen

Genoten van het heerlijke appartement. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Heerlijk dichtbij zee zodat je altijd een verkoelend windje hebt. En heel fijn: een eigen parkeerplaats. Reuze handig!

Wir waren vom 25.01-15.02.2023 in dieser angebotenen FeWo. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Es ist alles,aber auch wirklich alles,bis hin zum Pfeffer/Salzsteuer vorhanden.Einchecken und rundherum wohlfühlen.Der gute Engel Antonio Ariza,sorgt mit seiner Lieben freundlichen Art,egal wann,egal was auch anliegt,alle sonstigen Fragen und Wünsche zur vollsten Zufriedenheit zu erfüllen und Entspannung „pur“ zu vermitteln. DANKE nochmals Antonio. Die Wohnung ist hell und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet.Egal vom Fenster oder Balkon ein berauschender Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.Strand 15m von FeWo kilometerlanger toller Strand.Malerisch. Die Fewo liegt in dem kleinen malerischen Städtchen sehr zentral und alles,wie Restaurante,Geschäfte,Bars u.v.m. nach 100m zu Fuß zu erreichen.Topp Lage. Mehrere Geschäfte waren wie üblich in den Wintermonaten geschlossen,aber genügende offen um Abends zu flanieren oder tagsüber einkaufen zu gehen.Es gibt alles vor Ort. Uns hat es super gefallen. Vermieter,Wohnung,Lage empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder zurück. Lovely apartment amazing views!

We arrived very stressed due to car hire problems at the airport, but the moment we walked into this lovely homely apartment and saw the incredible views from the two balconies the stress faded away! Antonio was always just a phone call away and very helpful even going to the shop to get my husband a walking stick after he left it in the restaurant and we were rushing to get ready to leave for the airport! Das Apartment bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Alle nötigen Dinge sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der zur Wohnung gehörige Parkplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet von jedem Fenster einen fantastischen Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche, bei mir war es ein Verlängerungskabel, so dass ich auch auf dem Balkon Strom für meinen PC hatte. Von mir bekommt diese Unterkunft gerne 5 Sterne und ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

Séjour parfait

Nous sommes restés mai juin . Appartement agencé et situé idéalement. Vue sur mer, tranquille, à proximité des bars, restaurants et commerces. 2mn de la plage à pied. A côté de la grande promenade piétonne qui longe la mer. Les propriétaires très sympathiques, à l'écoute du moindre problème ce qui était très important pour moi mon mari étant à mobilité réduite. En résumé tout était parfait et si possible nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Buena ubicación

Apartamento muy acogedor y con una ubicación excelente con vistas al mar junto a una playita. El único punto negativo es que pongan un límite de consumo de electricidad y si te pasas tendrás que pagar una cantidad estipulada por el dueño, esto en verano o en invierno es un punto negativo ya que si se pone el aire acondicionado o el calefactor se ultrapasa y por mucho el límite establecido.

Accommodation was excellent everything you needed. The lift was a great help as well . Only. Thing wrong was there was building work getting done in the next street, so there was a lot of sand getting blown around. But hopefully it will die down shortly as the area is really nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The landlord was a gem also couldn’t have been more helpful.
