Great stay up in the hills!

We had a great stay in Punaauia, the house was lovely, with plenty of space for 6 of us. The view from up in the hills was spectacular, especially in the evening, watching the sunset. We loved sitting at the dining table on the terrace, eating dinner or having a drink, while the sun went down! Kitchen was well stocked with all the basics and a myriad of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Everywhere was spotless. Plenty of everything we needed. A great public beach at the bottom of the hill is the perfect compliment to the pool onsite. Also you have access to the owners snorkeling kit and beach mats/shade. Not many restaurants nearby, but there's a huge supermarket on the way from the airport, or there is a very decent mini-supermarket at the nearby petrol/gas station. Overall a great place to stay out of the main town of Papeete, very quiet, with amazing views of the ocean and over to Moorea.

The Te Maru Atu AirBNB is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, the views are breathtaking and the place is very comfortable. It is very easy to spend most of the time here watching ocean, sunset and sunrise. Will be visiting this place again 👍

Our stay at Villa Tiare was fabulous. The Villa exceeded our expectations ….has been refurbished and the photos don’t reflect this. The view from the Villa was breathtaking.. the interior was stylish, kitchen very well equipped with everything you might need, beds comfy, plenty of space in house and garden , and spotlessly clean. The agency was responsive and helpful. Thoroughly recommend. If ever I am lucky enough to come back to Polynesia (from UK) I hope it’s available!

Villa Tiare was a fantastic place with great spaces & plenty of supplies & well equipped. Great location up on the hill with wonderful views across to Moorea & the beautiful & changing sunsets every night. We are already recommending Villa Tiare & Tahiti to our friends for a warm & sunny family holiday. Safe & secure property in a gated community. We'd like to book our next holiday there already! Close to supermarche & other shopping along with a few minutes drive to the beautiful PK18 plage de Vaiava.
