"Our favorite property on Tahiti. Great staff, beautiful black sand beach, loved our suite. Only two things we thought could be better, the "hot tub" by the pool is not heated, and the restaurant food was a bit inconsistent. We had great food most of the time but on a few occasions the same dish two nights in a row were very different. Small issues, we will definitely be back."

"This place is a dream come true ! The water bungalow was amazing! It’s pricey but it’s worth it! You can walk down you private patio and snorkel! The staff is super friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend this hotel and so close to the airport. It is less than 10 minutes away. "

"We had an amazing time here at Te Moana. The staff are more than accommodating and allowed us access to the property well before we checked in. Every day the property is filled with fresh flowers right from the grounds. It’s truly a breathtaking experience. Wonderful food and staff."

"A beautiful home, outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts made the stay comfortable and welcoming. There are maps, local guides and list of resources that will help you make the most of your stay. On the down side, it is not easy to find, but the hosts are accessible and helpful if you need assistance. I would also recommend that you have a car if you want to use the home as a base for tourist activities. It is a long walk up/down a steep hill to get to public transportation."

"This is a delightful, welcoming and serene guest house located high on the hillside above Puna'auia, just south of Papeete, with a view of Moorea in the distance. My only note of caution would be the challenging, sometimes rough and very steep drive to the property but the way is well marked. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for those looking for a quiet, laid back experience. "
