「I used to like this hotel very much because it's well connected to many places in Pune. But their staff at the reception is very cold to the visitors, especially for the shift during late evenings. I enjoyed my stays by the environments and location. If I could avoid the staffs there, everything will be perfect.」

「Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.」
