Rooms were clean, and some of the better bathrooms that we've found in Peru hotels. The onsite restaurant was good, but my wife did get food poisoning (the other 3 of us did not). The location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere with no shops, restaurants, or other hotels nearby.

This hotel was in a good location, just outside of the city and a ten minute Uber ride in… It was peaceful with kind and helpful staff. The room was large with a view of the bay/harbor. The bathroom was a bit outdated but other than that it was perfect for our stop in Puno.

This is the worst experience we have had anywhere at any hotel in Peru in 25 years of extensive traveling. Stay away from it. Go across the street to the GHL or Casa Andina where the staff are polite and helpful.

Although boasted a 4-star, this hotel is very disappointing in almost every aspects. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. There were 2 sheets left in the napkin box. The shower water is like dripping. The towels looked unclean. There was only one chair and one nightstand in the room. All these are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The front desk also refused to refund one-night stay due to the change in airline schedule although we contact them weeks before checking in.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! I would definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!

Recomendo demais, estadia ótima

Gostei muito, quarto amplo, cama confortável, aquecimento no quarto, quarto limpo, café da manhã 10/10, ainda flexibilizaram um pouco o horário dele pelo horário da saída do nosso ônibus do terminal terrestre de puno. Os funcionários também foram super atenciosos, fizeram uma surpresa super fofa para o nosso aniversário de namoro e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive táxi para os passeios etc. Ah e a vista do quarto é magnífica, era exatamente o que queríamos, algo que nos desse vista para o lago e ao mesmo tempo o conforto e facilidade do continente já que nossos horários estavam apertados para ficarmos em Uros
