Overall is good, clean and very friendly staff, but the AC should have the option to go below 21C, shower area should have curtain or a blind class door so you can close it and have privacy you need specialy when you go there with family and have kids. And the sea water is dark brown from seaweed and not clear blue like you see from resort pictures.

Dreams Flora was a beautiful renovated resort. Staff were excellent! Food and entertainment was fabulous. Rooms were clean and new. Many pools to choose from. Beach was beautiful but unfortunately tons of seaweed. Staff did what they could to clean and clear but too overwhelming. Mother nature took over. It was clearing up as we were leaving. This was my first all inclusive trip and it was Amazing! The staff are all amazing and consistent with their customer service. They made it feel like home away from home. The food was delicious and fresh so many options. I would 100% recommend this hotel for families, partners and friends. Will definitely be back thank you so much Dreams Flora!

Far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Our butler Nathanael M was incredible. He was always available and filled all our requests quickly and with a smile. The food was good. My kids enjoyed the swim up bars for non-alcoholic drinks.

We spend $4300 between flight and hotel. We thought we were staying at a 5 star hotel. However, we did not experience a 5 star service. The food was just horrible for the 5 days we were there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
