The property was clean except for pond view, staff was attentive The food was okay. I did not like that the adult only side shut everything down early. The pool bar closed hours before the pool. This is not the resort if you want the party scene they have a club but not sure if was the location or because everything was closed it never had a crowd.

Spent my birthday here. I wish the weather was better (it rained almost the entire time), but the times when the sun was ok, absolutely amazing. Relaxing, peaceful, staff is helpful, and drinks were strong. We heard horror stories about the food, but honestly it wasn’t that bad. Most of it was actually really good! I highly recommend Insimme and Surf n Turf. Food was amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great, the design of the hotel it’s beyond beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the food is good in some restaurants it could be better in other. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms need hooks in the bathroom for towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin. The property is Top Notch. So Finest and Excellence connected. Finest is just the kid friendly side. I picked that side because the room looked a bit more modern. And don’t worry, even if you’re on the Finest rooms side, you have full access to the adult side. So I liked the huge pools on the adult side. The Unique bar is always lit. ( go directly to Elizabeth). I loved the hibachi restaurant. Dukes was good too. Over all you’re going to enjoy the resort. The resorts Club was fun and played American music. The resort is very clean and well kept. And there’s something to do for everyone.

My husband and I never write reviews. But we figured this would be helpful for other first time all inclusive bookers or anyone looking for adults only. We booked Finest after lots of YouTube review videos. We were looking for an all inclusive, adults only resort. Unfortunately, when you filter on Expedia, Finest does come up as an adults only. It was definitely not adults only. the first 2 days were pretty quiet, then all the kids arrived. The worst part was expecting a quiet vacation and all day at the pool and dinner kids were screaming. Supposedly the Excellence Club is adults only. There is also a Finest club, not sure what that means. We heard other adults complain of the same thing, thinking they booked adults only. The grounds are beautiful, bartenders at the Aqua bar, limbo bar and center bar were great! The nighttime entertainment gives you sometime to do. Service at the restaurants was poor, the last dinner we asked 4 different people for a refill of ice tea, never came. We booked a junior suite with private pool, was nice and quiet after being at the main pool with kids. Keep in mind, we were told we have to ask for the mini bar to be refilled. Another complaint would be the amount of calls we got daily to check on how room service was, when we were checking out, etc. and some of the calls we would answer and no one would be there. Worst was around 5 pm when we would be trying to test before dinner, the last night we got 5 calls.

I loved the staff Just as much as I enjoyed the property, as everyone was really friendly and helpful. Ask for Ismael at the start of your stay, he’s excellent! My only suggestion for this resort is to make sure you book on the adults side if you’re traveling as a couple or with friends. The family side was A bit overwhelming with a lot of noise and commotion from children. I also wasn’t a fan of the fact that the kids were allowed to eat at the adult restaurants or participate in adult activities, Despite the many signs around the property that indicated adults only. Overall, it was extremely clean, staff were always readily available to help. And the grounds are immaculate. The food is hit or miss at the buffet, but the seafood restaurant and surf and turf were exquisite. I will definitely be back, as I’ve stayed at the same resort in other countries, and it never disappoints me.
