No tiene vista a la playa, al menos mi habitación. El desayuno muy bueno y completo, rico. La alberca muy agradable y limpia, excelente ubicación para ir caminando a la playa (hermosa). Al personal de recepción le falta ser más amable. Solo te dan jabón. En general todo bien, pues nosotros vamos a disfrutar el lugar y el hotel es básico y cumple lo que ofrece.

No hay mucha variedad en los desayunos sólo te dan unas cuantas opciones y muy poco. La regadera no funcionaba bien el agua, aveces salía, otras veces unas cuantas gotas, eso si era demasiado frustrante. Es un lugar económico pero creo que eso es algo esencial de cualquier lugar que debe funcionar correctamente.

So is the hotel outdated? Yes. Is the shower inviting you to use it? No. But overall the price you get a super calm hotel that is right across from the beach literally cross the street and bang. For the included breakfast make sure to get the omelette it’s delicious. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. They offer tours from the hotel to Saona make sure they charge you 50$ USD and no more. We had to change rooms on day 3 but the staff again were super helpful. A note on the wifi it is the best wifi I have had in the DR just it is strong on the balconies and pool and loby area. I enjoyed this hotel more than any other all inclusive because it was so calm.

I never seen a place like Cortecito Inn no hot water, broken toilet seat, broken faucet, dark hallway, saw cockroaches roaming around, smelly room. We’re supposed to stay 7 nights, can’t tolerate, we stayed only one day. No refund. What a nightmare!!

Il bar ha cocktail variati con birra e altro ristorate c’è,ma a richiesta altrimenti si magia fuori nei dintorni Secondo me l’unica cosa che si salva è stata la piscina Aria condizionata pessima, faceva un rumore fastidioso che non ci ha lasciato dormire bene e l’ultima notte si spegneva da sola. Los empleados todos muy amables y respetuso en el hotel. La facilidades necesitan mas manteniendo. Yo pedi el priemer piso por que habia una persona que no podia subir las escaleras. Y deben darle mas cariño a esos cuartos. Las camas super cómoda y muy limpio el cuarto, pero dormiamos con mosquitos todas las noches fue terribel. Es mi mayor queja que tengo por que lo de mas fue los baños se indundaban en la noche y hasta las cerraduras se dañaban y no cerraban las puerta principal, aunque el personal eran muy atento y repararon muy rápido. De lo demas fue muy bueno un lugar céntrico a todo y ambiente todo el dia. Solo asegurecen que les den los cuartos del 2do y 3er piso para evitar a los mosquitos que parecían aviones , los otros compañeros que se quedaron en esos pisos me dijeron que no habia. Pero los 3 cuartos de abajo si tenian.

The concierge, a woman, very rude, she pretends no speak English, Spanish or any language, she didn't answer questions,had to wait 30 minutes to show up in the reception desk, know I have three suitcases gave me a top three floor room with not elevators. A poor guy, employee brought all the suitcases up to third floor. The reception desk always was alone

This hotel has a very special charm. Although it is an older property, the facilities are well maintained, and its beautiful Spanish colonial style gives it a unique and welcoming character. Its location in the heart of Bávaro is excellent—the beach is just across the avenue, and there are souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, making everything very convenient. What truly made our stay memorable was the warmth and hospitality. During our Christmas visit, we had the opportunity to meet the owner and his family, who welcomed us with genuine kindness and made us feel at home, as if we were part of their own family. That authentic, heartfelt treatment is something you don’t find everywhere and is what makes this hotel truly unforgettable.

I stayed here in February, and the location is fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance, and just across a narrow street is a beautiful beach lined with several great beach bars. This is definitely a budget hotel and very dated—but I knew that going in. The staff was a highlight of my stay, especially the housekeeping team, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. There’s also a pool bar with food service, and everything was reasonably priced. The bartender in particular was fantastic (I just wish I could remember his name). The grounds are well maintained and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms themselves are very basic, with limited amenities. You’re essentially provided with two towels, a roll of toilet paper, and a working refrigerator. There is a kitchenette, but the sink and faucet didn’t work during my stay. The biggest downside was the lack of hot water—I stayed for seven nights and didn’t have a single warm shower. As far as I could tell, there may not be any hot water at all. I traveled solo and chose this place knowing it was extremely affordable, so I accepted some of these shortcomings. That said, the location, grounds, and staff are what make this place worth considering. With some updates and improvements, this could be a really great property.
