My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The staff was always available and very helpful. Security was present and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the swim up room, but it was too cold to swim or wade in the water. We enjoyed the caban and our time at the main pool, but again the wayer was col. The food was delicious and room service food was made to order. The beach water was warm, but a lot of seaweed. Music and entertainment was great. All staff was so eager to please. The room was way too cold. The staff tried hstd to wsrm up the room I can definitely recommend the Hyatt Zilaya for your next rrip.twice.
