Really great for families. Food is what you’d expect but overall can’t complain about variety and quality for the scale they’re making it. They were really accommodating of some allergies in our party. As a family with small kids we mostly ate at the Mercado (buffet) since other restaurants are first come first serve and always had a long wait. We paid for the club access which is worth it because the drinks at Cocoonz are a thousand times better than non-club.

I have to say this hitel definitely raised the bar for the Dominican Republic. I was blown away by the willingness from staff to help. They were trained well and it shows. Well done Hyatt!
