Our stay was ok, only issue we had was them not having our room we booked available on checkin. I believe that is due to the fact that they allow people to upgrade when they arrive and don’t prioritize those that have these rooms already booked. So we had to pack up and change to our booked room the next day which was a bit of a hassle.

Pontos negativos: O principal são funcionários de outras empresas que ficam dentro do resort querendo nos vender passeios e cotas, sendo alguns deles muito insistentes e até inconvenientes; Maioria das comidas muito exóticas até mesmo nos cafés da manhã; alguns restaurantes temáticos deixam a desejar, como por exemplo o restaurante italiano que praticamente não tem massas; pouca opção de bebidas não alcoólicas nos bares e muita opção para quem bebe álcool; sobremesas deixam a desejar, principalmente por quase não ter sorvetes e picolés. . I stayed at Impressive Hotel, and my experience was truly amazing. Service: The staff were very respectful, always responded quickly and politely. Many of them speak English, which made everything easier. Food & Drinks: The buffet and snack areas are open for 3–4 hours in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. Water in the room was free of charge. There are plenty of restaurants and shops available. Cleanliness & Facilities: Everything was spotless. The bathrooms are new and shining, and the beach is clean and beautiful. Gratitude: Honestly, I didn’t find any weaknesses; everything was well organized and professional. Suggestion: If the hotel could offer halal meat, it would be perfect for Muslim guests from Toronto, the US, and around the world. This would bring even more guests and an excellent future for the hotel. I am very thankful for my stay at Impressive Hotel and highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful however our room did not have good working air conditioning until it was almost time for us to leave so we was there three days with poor working air conditioner and two days with good working air conditioning. Every day I made my butler aware that the AC was not working we was told there’s no rooms available. We was told all they fixed it however it was not fixed until my husband told them to add freon which was on Thursday. Thursday they added freon and the air conditioner worked wonderfully Thursday and Friday Saturday we departed From the resort. Overall the resort is great and the entertainment was awesome.

I would like to elaborate on our very unfortunate experience at the property. Air Conditioning: The first room we checked into had air conditioning issues where the temp in the room was 80 degrees and did not go lower. After three attempts to fix this in two days, I insisted that we move to another room. The resort made us wait without a room for six hours before we were allowed to use the second room. In the second room, the air conditioner did not function again. Again they attempted three times to fix this second room and we had to insist on another third room. In this case the temperature in the room was over 80 degrees. For three out of 5 nights we could not sleep because of the heat on the room. Finally the third room has sufficient air conditioning. Restaurants: It was impossible to make reservations for restaurants on the first night. Restaurants were small and always fully booked. The only other option was the cafeteria where the food was substandard at best. The premium lounge breakfast was the only place we could enjoy a meal. Even with premium accommodation drinks were watered down, wine was the cheapest money could buy, and there was only one beer selection. Nor right for premium guests. Our assigned butler Lory was great. She tried to help, but I could see management did not care about premium customers. She tried to make things more pleasant, but management prevented her attempts for help. The beach was riddled with seaweed. Lots more and no space.
