This hotel was amazing so beautiful from the shiny chandeliers to the beautiful clean marble floors to the elegant staircase. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time.

The suite was beautiful and well stocked. The house keepers always did a thorough job with cleaning. Our butler, Omar, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The workers were friendly and the resort was nicely maintained. It was quiet, which is what we were looking for. The negatives: I got severe food poisoning the last 2 days of our trip. I am not sure if that was a cleanliness issue, a food issue, etc. It definitely was a giant issue. Other smaller issues: we are early risers, and it seemed impossible to get a cup of coffee if we didn't make it in our room. The coffee shop didnt open until late morning and we knew of 3 machines throughout the resort but many of the days, at least one of them was out of service! A small thing, but still. Finally, the lunch buffet seemed very limited. Same few selections every day. Dinners were varied and food was good. The bartenders were friendly. Check in was easy. Overall, we were pleased. I am not sure if the food poisoning was a fluke.

The room was always clean; room service was quick and ready to assist us. The staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable and comfortable. We have been to Majestic Mirage twice and can’t wait to go back. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had Francisco for our butler this time and he was great.

This Resort is beautiful! The staff were great, and the beach was gorgeous! We had a swim up suite and loved it! The only thing I would have liked differently was the pool being a little warmer, the water was freezing, but we did go in March. We would definitely go back! Our Butler was very accommodating, and checked in on us multiple times a day.

I am beyond impressed with this resort! I have traveled all over the world and the Majestic Mirage is the best all inclusive I have stayed at by far. The top two things that make that true are: the staff and the food. Majestic Mirage hands down had the friendliest, most accommodating staff by far. Our concierge host Luis, was phenomenal. He truly went above and beyond is assisting us and providing us with anything we needed. Each day, he got us situated with activities for the day or connected us with folks who could help us. He helped us with our dinner reservations, off-site excursions and more! Every day he would check in with us and we felt so at home with him. We also loved Juan Bernardo who went out of his way to greet us, take photos for us, grab us drinks, water and more. We loved EVERYBODY that crossed paths with us. Even the staff that worked at the towel stand for beach towels were friendly and accommodating. I truly can not say enough good things about this place and I 100% plan to be back.

The resort pools were beautiful, with spacious and well appointed suites!! The service throughout the entire resort was off the charts FABULOUS!! This experience was nothing short of amazing!

The room was amazing. We had a swim-out room on the adults only side and it was where we spent most of the days. It was very well maintained, clean and the service was great each day. There was always someone walking around to refill drinks. We tried authentic Dominican food, and there were also options if you didn't feel like eating something different than what you are used to eating. There was a cafe we got our coffe at each morning and it was so good! The staff here was awesome too! They remembered us each morning and what we liked! I can't say enough about the staff and how great they were! Everyone was so nice! Staff was extremely friendly all around, despite the language barrier. We don't speak Spanish, but most staff could speak Spanish and English and a lot of other languages as well. We did 2 days with morning excursions. While the excursions were extremely fun, they are not necessary to enjoy your vacation!

I thought the property was beautiful and clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms were large and clean, the couches could be updated. The balcony was nice, although I think adding a hammock or lounge chair on balcony would be nice. Would definitely recommend this resort and will return!

Best all inclusive I’ve been to. The service was outstanding. Special shoutout to Baby Face and Lisandro. Also, the staff doing kids activities by the beach/pool, bartenders at the pool and lobby and really just too many to name. Pool was incredible, beach was prestige, plenty of chairs and daybeds for all. Restaurants had good variety and were accommodating to all guests. Spa was also lovely. Can’t wait to go back.

Very well maintained with lots of sitting areas either with music or without. Beach was always clean with plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade.
