I like that it was clean and most of the staff cleaning and in buffet and restaurants and pool lifeguard were friendly and proffetional , the food were daily different options and fresh , bars staff friendly as well ,trolly drivers friendly as well specially trolly driver Luis Duran and trolly driver william . Also at the restaurants and buffet server Manuel "elOzo" server juan and server julio very proffetional and attentive . #1 that I didnt like that my check in wasnt as smouth as it should go the keys to the ours 3 rooms were never programmed to open the doors and as key were tight up to our arms 5 of us had to go back to re program the keys for all 3 rooms #2 room 7330 ac not working and employee octavio had actittude when he came to check the ac he never fix it and told me to use the fan when that room was like a oven for me to get the proper help i had to walk back to front desk and speak to a rep because over the phone all the female on the phone was telling me that they had no rooms to switch me to , but once i went to the reseption front desk, thank you to check in rep Everline she was friendly and proffetional and switch us to room 8310 . # 3 inside and around pool too many pool tiles missing someone can get cut on theirs feet while swimming. #4 beach water entrance too dirty too many seedweed hard to get in to swim ..

Overall, it was a good stay. The staff was friendly, and the entertainment team was truly awesome—they kept the energy high and made the experience fun. The food was decent, with a variety of options, although the buffet lacked variety day-to-day and didn’t offer many local or traditional dishes. What kept this from being a five-star experience was the upkeep of the property. While the atmosphere was nice, the cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved. With a little more attention to detail in those areas, it could easily be a top-tier resort.

We stayed at Ocean Blue & Sand from July 18 to 23 as a group of 15, across seven rooms. The resort grounds, pool, and beach were beautiful and well-maintained — the highlight of the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the resort had a welcoming, community feel. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent — water, coffee, and other basics were often not restocked unless requested multiple times. The restaurant staff were inattentive, and we usually had to remind them to refill our water glasses. The food overall was average. There were several dining options, but nothing stood out. The only real highlight was Mike’s Coffee Shop, which served excellent coffee and pastries — we wish it stayed open 24 hours. The Privilege package created a divided experience, separating guests into different areas and services. For the cost of upgrading, you could stay at a more upscale resort. Overall, Ocean Blue & Sand has excellent potential, thanks to its layout and amenities; however, poor service and a two-tier system detract from the experience.

The Hotel staff was amazing. The hotel needs to be better maintained the buildings need cleaning and a fresh coat of paint, the pools have broken plastic and missing tiles, the room furniture is damaged and old. The food was bland and of very poor quality except in the Steak house and Japanese restaurant (That are reservations only) but they were of great quality and very well prepared. The coffee house and breakfast Buffet were also amazing. Overall the most disappointing was the food quality of the specialty restaurants. Everything else was perfectly fine and we made the absolute best of it & had a great time…M.Vazquez

The staff is excellent at all times. Treating clients with respect and care. Property needs some attention maintenance related specifically in rooms, floors and doors. We as clients should have the option to select to consume diet products which I don’t tolerate. It could be a better option to let clients know about it before making their decision. I’m not complaining just a point of view helping your business for success. I had a wonderful experience as well as my family and we are planning to come back soon. Thank you for the opportunity.
