Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y siempre impecables, se nota el cuidado y la limpieza en cada detalle. Los restaurantes superaron nuestras expectativas: variedad, calidad y muy buen nivel en todos. Pero sin dudas lo mejor del hotel es su gente: la atención fue excelente, siempre amables, atentos y con una predisposición increíble para que la estadía sea perfecta. Sin dudas, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

We have a group of 15 come to the resort for our annual family/friends vacation. The resort even with Privilege building has no elevator. Our group has been moved all over to different buildings. Our building 5 rooms - mostly not look like privilege room, it doesn’t have hot tub, doesn’t come with H10 toiletries bag, minibar only filled with water and couple soda. No snacks no alcohols. The staff are very unfriendly, my nephew got kicked out from BlueMoon with Boston Birkenstock clogs ( totally covered all the toes and it’s suede leather) it’s unbelievable!! Their staff doesn’t have proper training an loves argue about everything, instead of “one second , let me ask my manager “ Afterwards we went to speak to manager, he totally agreed that my nephew shouldn’t be kicked out because he met the dress code guideline. Later, my friends who was not staying in privilege went to lounge looked for us, but got yelled by the supervisor in the privilege lounge ( not trying to stay or eat , just looking for friends ) - very unprofessional. We were very upset by their service. I have been with H10 member for the past 7 years and I been to Cancun’s ORP many times, never had this issue. The butler there is very tentative unlike Ocean Blue sand and Beach. 15 of us left the resort today with very bad taste in our mouth. Don’t think we will ever try to come back. Pro- weather is beautiful in Punta Cana , beach is amazing.

The staff was always courteous and resort was always clean and well maintained. The location and beach were excellent. Their food was okay for an all inclusive but not outstanding. The specialty restaurants were difficult to book and the food was underwhelming (buffet was much better). Also if you book with a travel agency you do not have access to the Privilege level amenities and are not able to opt-in. I definitely would recommend the resort for a quick stay but if you can book directly with the hotel for more amenities.

The room was amazing, the food delicious, the service impeccable and the amenties were delightful.We had a wonderful 10 day experience only to be ruined by the PUJ airport experience. For the second time in as many years that we have vacationed in Punta Cana, airport baggage-handling staff have rifled through our checked luggage looking for valuables. Last year all of my wife's jewellery was stolen, and upon our return to our hometown Ottawa, Canada last night, all of the contents in my both luggages were strewn about, obviously staff looking for valuables again. This is a serious security problem that Punta Cana has to take seriously and they are not.

The pool area was tidy and there are plenty of chairs, with umbrella's. The chairs are a little worn and a few were broken, but easy to find a replacement. The bar staff were efficient and not purely driven by tips, but please tip a few dollars if you can. They work hard and deserve a little extra. One barman in particular, Manuel, was always warm and friendly. I would see him prepping the bar area at 7am in the morning and clearing glasses around the pool area at 5pm that evening. He was easily the hardest worker there. Thank you Manuel! We will see you again.

We stayed in a Junior deluxe suite by the pool. Slept well in the bed. No problem getting a lounger on the beach. Not so easy at the pool. I went for many walks on the long expanse of beach. Mini bar included with daily water, soda and beer. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Loved the Fresca juice bar at the pool. Ate at the steakhouse but preferred the buffet as the selection and quality of food was outstanding. Mike’s coffee shop had an incredible array of hot and cold bevies, even specialty coffee with liqueurs. Not to mention the desserts! The sports bar was hopping with a variety of games shown on the numerous tvs. We didn’t bowl but it was quite the hub for families. The staff was always smiling and attentive. We had a great stay.

The absolute friendliness of everyone we came in contact with. My luggage was 7 days late in arriving & the staff was helpful in my navigation of trying to locate it & encountering a language issue. All of our expectations were met & often exceeded.

Room was spacious and modern. Bathroom was spectacular. The AC didn’t cool down enough and the room was humid but the fan helped. Staff was incredibly helpful and always available.

I couldn't ask for a better resort. The grounds were beautiful and clean as well as the pool and beach! Our room was huge with a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and gracious. There was a slight language barrier, but we all got through it, always, with a smile on our face. Thank you for an awesome stay, Ocean Blue and Sand!!!
