不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Very disappointing experience. We arrived and immediately found the room uncomfortable. We were being bitten during the night, which felt like fleas, and it became very itchy and unpleasant. On top of that, there were roaches in the bedroom, which made the stay even worse.
The food included in the all-inclusive package was poor and far below expectations. We raised our concerns and asked for an upgrade, but there was little effort to properly address the situation.
By the next day, we had decided we could not stay any longer. No refund was offered, and although I was forced to pay a 50% fee to leave early, I accepted it because I did not want to spend the rest of my vacation there.
The front desk staff member listening to our complaints was not helpful and seemed more focused on keeping our money than resolving the issues.
Overall, the property feels old, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you want to actually enjoy this beautiful island. There are far better options available.
