We had such a wonderful time at this resort, largely because of the amazing staff. Everyone at the pool bar and front bars was friendly and welcoming. Bernarda, who cleaned our room, was so sweet, and Maria, our concierge, was exceptional and always helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable—we can’t wait to return!

Staff are helpful.Food was not bad, I claimed that it was too salty and it was taken care of it. Cleaning needs improvement rooms so so.the exterior of the hotel was horrible full of trash, it doesn’t give a good impression at all. Room smell like sewer. We complained about it and we saw a sewer truck but it didn’t go away. I believe that for the price paid, the corporation should make a better effort on making their property more comfortable for their guesses.
