So leading up to our trip in early September, I read a ton of reviews to hear about the positives and negatives. Some of the negatives include the gym, the beach, people bugging you about buying stuff, hard beds, terrible food, etc. Here was our honest experience: The property was well maintained, even for what they consider the "low season". If you don't want to be bugged at check in with the time share people, simply say no thank you to any tours or breakfasts that they are offering for free. We booked a Junior Swim Up Suite, trust me, pay the extra money and book it, you will not regret it. The room was clean, well maintained and I slept great every night, no complaints with the AC or bed. Our butler, Norieles(Nori for short) was amazing, very responsive and took care of us during our stay. The food was mostly good, our only less than pleasant experience was the French Restaurant. Our favorite was definitely El Dorado Steak House, ate there twice. No problem with kids being on the adult side of the resort. The seaweed problem during our stay was minimal, they did a good job of cleaning it up and anything in the water didn't stop us from getting in. Take the beach vendors with a grain of salt, if they offer you tours, hair braiding, pics with iguana's or parrots, just politely say no thank you, it's that easy. Down the beach less than a hundred yards are some shops that sell souveniers, liquor, cigars, etc. It's cheaper than the resort shops. Overall a great stay.

My friend caught on of the employee coming out of her room. At first he said he was fixing something but when my friend noticed her money is missing he down on his knees and started apologizing. He has an accomplished during that time. This place is unsafe and management are terrible. They were making us sign an NDA to get a refund and we didn’t sign. We want the people to know how dangerous this place is. Do not stay in this hotel! They will steal from you

L'hôtel est situé au sein d'un complexe de plusieurs centres hôteliers. Il dispose d'un(e) "butler/concierge" censé(e) devoir répondre à vos besoins. Nous avons eu un dégât des eaux dans la chambre le jour 2, et lui avons signalé. Elle a pris une serviette et l'a jeté sur la flaque d'eau en nous disant d'attendre, et qu'elle allait voir avec quelqu'un.Après 1h pendant laquelle nous avons nous-mêmes nettoyé l'eau, nous avons dû relancer la concierge. Nous nous attendions à ce qu'elle nous propose un changement de chambre, mais finalement, elle a envoyé un technicien qui a regardé là où se trouvait la fuite, et a juste dit "tout est ok".et évidemment, dès le lendemain, la fuite était toujours là. Et là, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, qui a été réalisé. La nourriture est de qualité moyenne, et la même quel que soit le restaurant. La majorité du personnel est très agréable et souriant, certaines personnes sont même très avenantes et ont des intéractions avec les clients. L'on vous accueuille chaleureusement à l'arrivée. Toutefois, lors du départ, les membres du personnel d'accueil sont totalement indifférents, ne demandent pas si on a été satisfait du séjour, disent à peine au revoir et se désintéressent totalement de vous. Dès le 1er jour, des gens de Palladium viennent vous forcer la main pour devenir membre premium, adorables au début, ils deviennent indifférents dès qu'on refuse. Bref, loin des 5 étoiles et des promesses annoncées.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Edward who was out butler during our stay was fantastic and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food options were extensive and good. The only thing to beware is that the welcome breakfast (sales pitch for Palladium club) can waste time if you don't shut it down quickly. Aside from this everything was perfect.

This is our fourth time coming to Grand Palladium and every visit exceeds the previous. This year, I had the pleasure of staying in the TRS hotel and our stay was elevated by our butler, Rodny. From the moment we arrived, he took extra care of us ensuring we had everything we needed - reservations, shuttle rides within the hotel, information for hotel activities. It was a nice touch to have Rodny available through WhatsApp, who provided a daily summary and checked in with us throughout the day. Definitely made the trip feel relaxed and we felt well taken care of. I highly recommend coming to Grand Palladium for your all inclusive, and if you’re lucky, to have Rodny as your butler.

This is an average resort. I was expecting much more good service but they were just ok. Our 24hour private concierge was not great. Lastly, should’ve avoid the 90 mins presentation to try to sell you a membership. Overall, was ok.

The facilities are clean, but the room my wife and me stayed at had a musky smell. The Butler say he wants to bring us a dehumidifier. They never came most of the time when we get a room. There was nobody in the desk. They only want to schedule your dinners that you can do yourself in the app provided all special restaurants where really nice clean and food was above average the entertainment team was polite and energetic Luigi, Luis, Obama, Red Bull, Ann, Anthony we’re all very professional and entertaining The gym has enough equipment for the time at hotel. My wife and I will definitely recommend it and will try to come back. When we were on site, the major issue was the seagrass. It was a bad season. We noticed there are updating some of the rooms.
