The swim up pool suite was enjoyable. However, the butler service was not really a butler service but more of a concierge/information service. And most of the time the butlers we interacted with did not have sufficient information to assist with our question but often simply referred to the app. However, the app was insufficient to use to successfully navigate the property, available services, entertainment, etc. The app was only good for making restaurant reservations. Often the app info conflicted with available venues. For instance, often entertainment was stated at a venue but when we showed there was nothing going on and no update on the app.
