Our butler Noris was the best we’ve ever experienced!!! She checked in on us continuously and always was available to us for anything we needed or wanted. A summary of different aspects of the stay: 1. Food: Not much variety. Same food and taste (not much flavor) repeated in different restaurants. 2. Service: The personnel at restaurants, facilities, spa and in general were nice. Trying to assist and make your stay comfortable and pleasant. 10/10. 3. Sales people: Too many selling areas. From arrival there they want to arrange a “tour” of the facilities for the next day with “gifts”, which seems like a catch to try to sell even more. Careful. Also, the gifts depend on your home address. 4. Spa: Great service and experience. A must do. 10/10. 5. Facilities: Need to consider maintenance and upgrading. A lot of old equipment that needs updating. Old units, furniture needing repair/cleaning. Bedroom, pillows, towels and other thing need replacement. 6. Issue resolution: Not the best. My experience, 3 nights and 3 different rooms. One of them of an inferior category and each had a different issue (the biggest was the a/c not working properly which is what led to the multiple transfers). Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience. I had to be on top of them for further updates/instructions on when we would be accommodated once again in the appropriate room that was actually paid for, and they didn’t respond to expedia’s outreach of the situation. They wouldn’t adjust pricing for the downgraded room either. Terrible. 7. Not much to do at this or the other hotels nearby. A few daily activities.

I loved what classical music is, there is no Bulgarian music, they have a balance which makes it easier for those of us who really want to do it. They are not forcing you to do things that we do not want to do and selling obligatorily. The very hardworking staff.

Big property. Food was not all that great only in a couple restaurants here and there. The bartenders at the main pool Turquesa were great especially Stephanie, Dolores, and Tony. Randy, our butler, made the stay a lot better. All in all it was a good experience but i wish i had gone to a smaller resort. We were on our honeymoon and most all the things to do were on the side with kids.

Ray(butler services) was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much for him. Sorted out our reservations to everything. The swim up suite (trs) is the way to go for couples. Amazing time. Can’t wait to go back. Premium experience (worth the extra) was unreal. Made everything super easy.

During our recent stay at the hotel, our experience unfortunately fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we faced a lengthy check-in process with no one to greet us or offer refreshments, which created a less-than-welcoming first impression. Although the check-in staff was knowledgeable and courteous, our room presented several issues. We encountered persistent hot water problems in both the sink and shower, and a light bulb was out. Additionally, the phone in the room was not functional, requiring several complaints before it was replaced. Regrettably, the hot water issue remained unresolved throughout our stay. As a five-star resort, we anticipated a higher standard of service and accommodations. Sadly, this experience left us quite disappointed.

El hotel lo venden como de lujo y con muchos restaurantes, y no es así, nada de lujos y no tiene ningún restaurante, lo que tiene es una cafetería, con muy poco variada y mal servicio, los restaurantes están en otros hoteles del complejo y coger un carrito es un problema, muchos te dicen que no van para donde tú dices. Compras un hotel para adultos y tienes que ir a restaurantes llenos de muchachos gritando con mal servicio y la comida muy mal cocinada, le pides un filete de carne a término medio y te lo traen medio quemado. Haces las reservaciones en los restaurantes y cuando llegas allí no apareces es en ningún lugar. Las actividades que en otros hoteles son para todo el mundo y variada, en el trs te la venden en un cabaret llamado chic, que es una verdadera estafa, un pedacito de tipos de platos cada media hora y tube que armar problema para tomarme una cerveza y se demoró más de una hora para traérmela, conclusiones te quedas sin comer porque te hacen ir a las 7 de la noche y lo que te dan allí es para que puedes y cada pedacito cada media hora, al punto que tuvimos que irnos. Nunca te enteras de cuando y donde serán las actividades, dicen que las puedes ver en el app, pero allí no aparecen. Concluyendo, malo malo malo, lo único que destacar es la dependiente de la piscina llamada Dolores, que verdaderamente merece una medalla, atenta, rápida, buen carácter, súper excelente, me quito el sombrero por ella.

TRS Turquesa! Wow! My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and 6 nights. The check in process was very easy. Our Butler Randy met us right at check in. And let me tell you. Randy was AMAZING! This man defines what great customer service should be. He was so helpful and patient. I can not say enough amazing things about Randy. When I tell you that we will be back and will request for Randy we will. Randy assisted us with everything, to include making sure we had reservations for every night. He texted me through WhatsApp every morning to inform me of the events for the day, the options for lunch and dinner. We are very grateful for his excellent treatment. TRS had plenty of options for all palettes. The food was very tasty, and if you do not want the food that is offered at TRS you have access to other restaurants located in the resorts next door. I believe it gave us a total of 17 options. There is also room service available 24 hrs a day. My husband and I also enjoyed a day at the SPA. Best massage and facial I have received. Overall the customer service at TRS is 5 stars. I did not come across one rude employee or an employee who was not willing to assist. With all that said I will say that the rooms are a bit dated. Housekeeping did an excellent job with keeping the rooms clean, and cleaned the rooms on a daily. Overall this experience has been amazing and we enjoyed our vacation very much. I can go on and on. If you are considering booking your trip to TRS do it!
