“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. “This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay. ”
