Welcome to Kasia’s Ranch Rental Home! Experience the best of sunny Southwest Florida in this brand new, environmentally friendly residence located in the close-knit community of Babcock Ranch. Explore the numerous amenities, from golfing and nature trails to poolside relaxation and social gatherings at Founder’s Square.
This open concept new construction home spans 2,600 sq ft and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It offers all new furniture and modern conveniences such as an in-unit laundry washer and dryer, a comfortable living room with a TV, a dining area, an office space, WiFi, and a screened outdoor porch lanai. Additionally, it includes one garage parking space, general kitchen items, coffee maker, wine cooler, books, games, pool towels, and essential home items.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, ample drawer space, office desk for remote working, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. A separate guest bedroom with an adjoining bathroom provides additional comfort. The third bedroom is designed with children in mind, offering triple bunk bedding and a crib. The fourth bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements.
The fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop, and all the essential cooking items you'll need. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker and unwind with a glass of wine from the wine cooler. Beach towels are also available for your convenience.
During your stay, you'll find starter toiletries, laundry detergent, towels, and cleaning products to make settling in a breeze. We want to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
This pet-free and smoke-free home is ideal for families with children. We've taken extra care to ensure their safety and enjoyment, including the installation of corner guards on kitchen counters and furniture. For added convenience, we provide a crib, highchair, a kiddie blow-up pool, a baby swing, a water table, a stroller, a baby monitor, a collection of beach toys and chalk for outdoor play and some additional games and books.
Rest assured that landscape maintenance is handled by the HOA, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about upkeep.
Guests are welcome to enjoy all spaces of the home, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. Please note that half of the garage and two locked areas (pantry and one closet) are reserved for the owner's personal belongings.
