"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."

Ricca di ogni comfort utile per vivere una vacanza indimenticabile nél Salento. La ragazza che si occupa della pulizia e della gestione della casa è molto professionale e cordiale. "Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again. "
