“Good”

“This is an ALL INCLUSIVE resort. I've been to multiple all-inclusive resorts and this wasn't it! There was not a fridge or microwave in the rooms. The rooms are VERY outdated. Beds are hard as rocks. Food was less than desirable. Snack bar had old food sitting, bread was hard, not much variety. Booked for 3 nights, cancelled 2nd 2 nights and stayed elsewhere. Rolando at the front desk was awesome and very helpful! Save your money!”

“I splurged for a Studio Suite and it was amazing. The staff was outstanding, the food was fantastic and the Chef cooked our up our Mahi/Dorado after a fishing trip to perfection. The breakfast is fantastic but dinner and drinks are a bit pricey outside of happy hour. This area is beautiful but has very steep hills and narrow winding roads. We thought it was awesome but maybe not for some. I hope to stay here again.”

“The most friendly and helpful staff! They truly treat you as if you are family! Grounds were beautiful, the bungalow we staid at was perfect, and the included breakfast each morning was delicious!”

“The hotel was pleasant and well-maintained. The food was also excellent. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the main shops.”

“What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there.”

“Family with 3 kids aged 11-13 stayed in Tule Casa. I feel the need to write this review because of the endless searching I did before coming (specifically for Tule Casa). Was it loud because of its proximity to the street? Yes. Am I a very light sleeper? Yes. Did I buy sound machines to help with street noise while we slept? Yes. Was I warned in advance? Yes. Was I prepared for how loud it actually was. Nope. Did I wear ear plugs? Yes. Was I bothered by the noise? Absolutely not. I would stay in……
