「Great home for family of 5. Lots of room, nice kitchen (no dishwasher), nice bathrooms. Living room and porch lets you look right into forest, seeing animals (monkeys, toucans, coati, aguti and countless others). Easy access to nearby cloud forest reserve (even walking to one), cheese factory, coffee and dining. 」

「Bright Forest Retreat provided us a great place to stay in Monteverde. Close to everything Monteverde has to offer. We stayed in the 2nd level unit which had great views and a rustic cabin like feel. Shortly after we arrived we saw a monkey high in the trees just outside the front door. Everything worked well but I would caution the use of the safe. Probably my error but I did get locked out and had to contact the host for assistance to get it open. I would stay again in the future. 」
