「Great staff, very helpful and attentive, requests were tended to momentarily, and the room was always squeaky clean whenever a cleaning was requested. Actually, most days they would try to clean but the room was occupied and they were the ones asking if they could clean :)」

「This was our third time at Mandela Desa.
While things have changed around the villas since we were there last in 2018, it still offers the peace and tranquillity and wonderful obliging staff as always.
The View Suite still offers the amazing rice field and mountain views and having breakfast on the veranda was a favourite time of day for us.
We highly recommend this 4 room boutique accommodation to anyone that is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bali or Ubud.

「静かで快適なホテル、リゾートに来た感じがしました。動物とのふれあいに最高の立地。動物園に行ったあとはプールで気持ちよく過ごしました。昼ごはんはホテルのプールで、ナシゴレンやパスタを注文。旅行中1番美味しいナシゴレンでした。いつもスタッフの人たちはも穏やかな笑顔で受け入れてくれます。」
