Good stay

Would stay here again. Easy on and off Hwy. friendly check-in staff. clean and neat in room. Very little noise from other rooms. Reasonable price. did not try breakfast. Only room negative—very thin towels, but that is also a common issue.

Overnight stay in Purcell, OK

The Econo Lodge in Purcell, OK provided a quick overnight stay on put trip to Dallas. Room was acceptable and we had a good nights sleep. Back on our way early morning so we did not spend much time at the hotel.

Budget choice for OU football fans

Good choice if you are wanting to save some cash when attending OU games. If you are coming from Texas it shaves 20 miles off your return trip! Recommend

Bed was really comfortable except sheets had a bit of sand on them so not sure if they hadn't been changed or what. We did like the room which was large with the king bed, sofa and chairs. Very nice room.

Good for the price.

Check in was really easy. Quiet location and close to an amazing Mom & Pop restaurant called Ruby's just a little north on 77. Clean rooms with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. AC worked good as it was over 90 at the end of September. Cell/data service is not so great (but that could be the area in general), but when connected to the wifi we had no problems. No frills, but all we needed was a clean place to sleep. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel was an excellent value for the price. My biggest criteria for a hotel at this price point was cleanliness, working AC, hot water, and NO BUGS. This hotel met every one of those for me! The bed was comfortable, however the linens could be "newer", they were clean but had some ironing burns and small (I'm assuming) cigarette burns in them... Again, they were CLEAN! I was very pleased with my stay. Would I recommend it for a multi-night stay for a family... No, but it was perfect for just me while I visited family for a funeral...

The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was a little firm but I like a soft mattress. The pillows were comfortable. I'm a bigger person and the towels were big so I could dry myself. Only problem was towels were scratchy. Otherwise room was great. Plenty of drive-thru restaurants across the street. Would definitely recommend this location.

So I won’t lie- I really thought I wouldn’t like it here and I’d find a new place. Bugs scare me and so does dirty beds, and mold. When I came in I looked everything over in depth. I traveled with my small dog and they are very pet friendly! I booked the next day for 3 more days. Definitely will stay here again. If you are like me with anxiety about these things this review should help me.

When I entered the nonsmoking room which smelled like smoke I noticed there was a piece of the ceiling on the floor! I tried to tell the manager, but she didn’t seem to understand English. I’m not expecting a $50.00 room to be a 5 star, but I do think it should be safe!

There’s no way this place should have a 7 rating on Expedia; it should have no more than a 3. They allow pets which is why we stayed here & it was the only place at this exit that did. Stained sheets, doors & walls were gross, floor was dirty, TV didn’t work. Only plus is that the person who checked us in that evening was friendly (but I had to wait because she wasn’t there).
