“This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. “Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day……

“The property is a great find for London. Great location, good size, modern and well equipped. The management company could use significant improvement. They never emailed or communicated with any check-in instructions. When I called to find out how to open the apartment, it took them 15 min to even find me in the system. After finally being able to get inside we found that the cleaning people were still there, which was 1.5 hrs aftwr our check-n time. We weren't given any apology from them, but……

“This was a perfect place for a family to stay. The kitchen allowed us to save on food and the beds were amazing. Be forewarned, the basement unit is next to a karaoke bar and the unit is beneath a very busy tea shop. This was a problem for our family member that stayed in the back left bedroom but not an issue for anyone else. There is no cleaning included, so you will need to handle your own rubbish and recycling. Management was very responsive though when I identified some very minor repairs……

“Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! ”
