"Ma femme et moi et notre chien avons passé une bonne semaine ( Septembre 2026). la maison est agréable, le jardin bien aménagé et les environs sont magnifiques (300m de la plage) .Cependant 2/3 petits points sont a améliorer :1. Nous avons pris les draps mais il a fallu faire notre lits a l'arrivée2. Les serviettes de toilette sont très anciennes 3. Il y a une belle TV mais on ne reçoit pas les chaines TF1 , M6 , la 2 difficilement ( ne pas oublier les codes Netflix)4. le Jardin est très bien mais avec des traces du passage de quelques chiens.Malgré ces petits points ( qui peuvent se régler facilement), nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans une maison très agréable"

"Nous avons passsé un agréable séjour.La maison est bien située, elle est bien agencée et facile à vivre.Elle est conforme aux photos.Point important que nous ne savions pas, il n'y a pas de réseaux sur le secteur.La conciergerie a été réactive à l'ensemble de nos problèmes.La propreté mérite d'être amélioré dans l'ensemble.Nous aurions aimé des électroménagers moins vétuste.Aspirateur hs mais qui a été remplacé par un d'occasion dans un état de saleté important, four qui fonctionne mais les grilles latérales ne tiennent pas, machine à café ou tous les boutons sont effacés difficile à mettre en fonction.Vaisselle déparaillée, check à faire sur les casserolles et poeles encore en étatC'est un bel endroit qui mérite d'être mis en valeur par l'amélioration d'éléments de base de la vie quotidienne et une amélioration de l'entretien"

"Ein riesiger Garten und ein Haus, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ideal für Hunde und Kinder. Vor allem die Nähe zum Meer ist großartig. Schnell ist man an einem wunderschönen Strand zum Baden. Die Agentur hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und der Check-In verlief schnell und reibungslos. Leider hat uns der Geruch im Bad sehr gestört. Da es sehr viele Mücken gab, konnte man in den Abendstunden nicht mehr gut lüften. Fliegengitter sind keine vorhanden. Die zweite Dusche in der Garage ist gut, vor allem wenn man mit mehreren Personen vor Ort ist. Die zweite Toilette oberhalb der Garage ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Es wäre zweckmäßig eine Grundreinigung durchzuführen."

"Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und sehr nah am Strand. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt Großzügigkeit durch die offene Bauweise. Wir wurden von Valerie und Nathalie herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit vielen tollen Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung versorgt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
