The staff was incredibly helpful. A colleague left his headphones in the room, and they had them delivered to us in Phnom Penh within two days and at no charge. I don't see any reason to ever book anywhere else when I or my colleagues travel to Siem Reap."

"A wonderful hotel at an inexpensive price. The pool is an excellent place to cool off with a cold one after the heat of Angkor Wat. Our room was excellent overlooking the pool and even though it also faced the street with double doors out to the balcony , you could hardly hear any traffic noise. This will be an automatic choice if we return to Siem Reap. "

The hotel was spotless, ideally located near excellent spas and restaurants, and offered a convenient concierge service that made exploring Angkor Wat and the surrounding park effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the INCREDIBLE staff. Kim, Pisean, and the entire team made us feel as though we were the only guests there. They took the time to learn our names, thoughtfully addressed every question and request, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Two of our friends were staying at a nearby hotel and would occasionally stop by before we headed out for the day. Impressively, the staff even took the time to learn their names and warmly welcomed them each time. By the end of our trip, all four of us agreed that this is exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit to Siem Reap. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! "

"We chose Treeline because we wanted a resort-style property while still being right in the town centre for restaurants and services. Although it was one of the pricier hotels on our trip, it struck the perfect balance — and the design looked fantastic online. The hotel did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful building, the staff are warm and helpful, and the rooms are stunning. We booked a Living King Room with a shady outdoor terrace and day bed, which was a lovely spot to relax. The dark wood and concrete aesthetic gives the hotel a sophisticated feel, and the overall finish is excellent. The rooftop pool is small but never crowded during our stay, and we always found a sunbed. Breakfast offers a mix of Asian and Western dishes, with eggs and soups made to order alongside a buffet that changes slightly each day. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the quality of a few buffet items. That said, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Romiet — excellent food and surprisingly well priced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious base in the heart of Siem Reap."
