“We were on the third floor Pool view in the elevator was broke the entire week. Although the guys at the desk we’re more than helpful to carry luggage up to the third floor I think when you have seniors checking in, you should take that into consideration before you put them on the third floor.”

“Everything was perfect except the air conditioner was loud. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Overall the trip was fun but room was gross. Blankets were extremely old and smelly. Shower curtain needed to be changed. There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. Front desk was aware.”

“The pool area was terrific the only problem is that once 9:00 came they shut off all the lights around the pool and walkways. Then they put on these terrible red lights you couldn't see where you were walking to save your life. A couple times the security guards was walking around helping people with a flashlight so they can see where they were walking. I know they blamed it on the mayflies but they were gone I didn't see one when I was there last week”

It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……
