Heart of Puglia - Design Apartment in Puglia with 2 bedrooms

Beautiful and typical apartment in Puglia for four people of about 90 sqm in the heart of Putignano's historical centre, in the main square in front of the Chiesa Matrice di San Pietro Apostolo. This apartment is standing only 5 minutes by walk to the citycentre and 400mt away from the streets of the Carnival of Putignano, the most important and prestigious event of Apulian winter.

The property has been totally restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors. Its a little delightful apartment ideal for a romantic stay for one/two couples or family with children.
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven with microoven, fridge, dishwasher, two master bedrooms with air-conditioning and TV, a living room with sofa bed, Smart TV 55” and kitchenette and two bathrooms with sink, Wc, bidet, a large shower and a washing machine with dryer.
A gem that must transmit relaxation, comfort and the emotion of reliving a small house of the ‘600 reinterpreted with luxury finishes.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, the Adriatic coast and Ionian beaches and just 30 km from the gorgeous Matera, Basilicata's jewel, famous for its “sassi” (stone houses carved out of the caves and cliffs).
