★ RENTAL CONTRACT ★

We have disclosed the terms of our Rental Contract in the Additional Rules section of the House Rules. This contract includes house rules, liability regarding on site activities, and fees for breaking rules. By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the Rental Contract.

★ DOG RULES ★

One dog allowed for a fee of $75. Your dog must be:

✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker

The yard is not entirely fenced in and dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you! Please note dogs are not allowed in Lake Oscawana per town rules.

★ ADDITIONAL NOTES ★

✔ You must be 25 or older to rent this home
✔ Use of wood burning stove is not allowed, and we do not allow open flames indoors.
✔ Use of paddleboards, life jackets and any water activities are at your own risk. We are not liable for these activities.
✔ Your safety matters. The property has a front doorbell camera and exterior back door camera. These cameras are activated upon motion and record video and audio. They do not look into any interior spaces.
✔ Please be aware we do not list the property as toddler or baby safe. While we work to create a safe space for all ages, be sure to watch children carefully at all times, especially near the fireplace and staircases.
✔ Please note this home is in a neighborhood setting and is not remote. Please respect quiet hours!
