  • Description: If you’re looking for Gatlinburg luxury in Harlan County – you’ve found it. Whether, it’s just a couple of folks, a family or three, or a big group of guys – you’ll have all you need for your getaway. The cabin is set up to accommodate up to thirteen people (if two are sharing each of the full size or bigger beds) and is located within ten minutes of the towns of Cumberland or Harlan. Amenities include a full bathroom/shower, barbecue grill, as well as a full kitchen for your cooking needs. It’s also located directly on the trailhead of the Black Mountain Off-road Adventure Area and has direct trail access. But don’t forget after a hard days work or riding you can settle into the hot tub on the back deck and relax.

All 11 of us enjoyed roasting marshmallows and watching fireflies at this beautiful cabin that is part of the Harlan County Campgrounds. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Some of our group enjoyed using the hot tub as well. Some info to help future travelers: There are two bathrooms in the cabin, but they are both downstairs next to each other, so if you need to use it in the middle of the night you do have to navigate stairs. This cabin is near an off-roading trailhead and there are some knuckleheads who like to rev their engines at all hours of the night. They literally go off roading as late as midnight and early as 4 AM, so it woke us up a few times! There is laundry, but it is at the main campground building down the road from the cabin. We loved having our host available at the office nearby at the campgrounds.
