They didn’t seem to busy but we were placed on the 3 floor and the end of the hall. When I was younger it didn’t bother me but now at 77 it made getting to the room loading and unloading our possessions little more difficultz

This is our go-to hotel when traveling with our dog and visiting family in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful Our room was clean. It had hard surface floors since it is a pet-friendly hotel, which I like. The fixtures in the room were mostly new. The hotel is older so it is in need of renovation here and there and it is obvious they are working on it. Good to see some management that puts money into upkeep. I didn’t have any breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. There was plenty of parking and it seemed safe. As I said, it is our go-to place to stay when in town. I recommend it if you are traveling with your dog.

There are 4 signs on the Front Doors warning guest that for their safety the doors are locked at 11pm. I understand why as in the middle of the night during our stay vehicles pulled into the parking lot with load music playing, engines running and people going to and from the cars. Not sure what they were doing but they did not seem to have any reason to be on the property. Possibly need some security to go with the signage.

Room sheets were stained and dirty room, crumbs on pull out couch and the couch was brike. We checked out and ghe hotel receipt was cheaper than what I paid on Expedia by over $30.00, which was disheartening. Would not recommend.

The staff at the hotel was nice, but that was the only thing going for it. This property has not been well maintained. There was a smell in our room that was odd, one wall in our suite was covered by the dust blowing from a ceiling a/c vent, the floor was so sticky we couldn't take our shoes off without socks sticking to it, and the bathtub had a line of hardened dirt around it that was absolutely disgusting. A really deep cleaning could have greatly improved the cleanliness of the facility. Additionally, the pillows were flat and needed replacing. For breakfast, the hotel had only two "warm" options: bacon and premade omlets filled with peppers. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is not it.

Hotel gives appearance of nice until you go inside. Room was very clean and I stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned my room. I actually asked for the last night and still didn’t happen. My family came over to use pool and the lights in pool were off. I went to front desk 3 times as the pool got more and more people for the fear of safety. The hotel was sold out and they basically have no staff to support the customers. I would not stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t watch sports channels during March Madness (what???). They didn’t have espn and other “premium” channels, the tvs would not accept casting and the staff knew it was an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was traveling from Ohio to TN due to a death in the family, pulled in at 2am, warm welcome, nice clean room, spacious. Beds were comfortable!
