"All processes involving the reception desk could do with some improved signage on property. It is hard without prior understanding to understand the various offerings including the Grand Star, the boutique hotel, the Dorsett, and the 2 separate towers of Star Residences. Front desk is running the operations from a location very remote from the towers themselves... Very counter intuitive."

"Tidy room in a great location. Super short walk to the shops and beach. Fabulous views out over the water and the suburbs behind. While this residence was great for what it is, I would not describe it as luxury, but purely a sensible and practical location. The rooms are standard and nothing flash. One bit of feedback is for the cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms, to be more detailed as I saw mould and scum around sink and shower. The pool is a great addition. I would stay here again."
