“The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly……

“小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？ 我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯”

“We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled.
There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained.
The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the……
