“I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location.”

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”

“My room was incredibly DIRTY !!!! From the disgusting bathtub, microwave & refrigerator to having so much FOOD UNDER THE BED I had to keep my dog on the bed. ….. pieces of pretzels & raw macaroni. The door was dirty from hand marks & the light switch was gross. I didn’t expect much for the price but being clean should be expected ”
