「It was nice for an overnight stay. Didn’t use to much it was mainly sleeping quarters for me.」

It is mostly clean, but definitely has areas that show deterioration due to age or grime due to traffic. It wasn't so bad that we checked out. I'd say...

「Hot tub was nice hot and private, the farm fresh eggs were awesome. Extremely cozy vibes 」

「The house was clean and had everything we needed.」
