Great rooms , restaurants were hopeless only good one was the Japanese and she was the most friendly the rest were terrible they have a place called chicken and pizza but they don’t serve pizza , the Korea bbq is so slow we ended up walking out their service was terrible . Reception are great and very helpful. Very limited transport

Comfortable room with a very high ceiling which was very nice. There's nothing around so it's great the hotel has a few restaurants in B1, but you also have the option to call a taxi and go downtown. They have a snowboard/ski rental place in the hotel so it was very convenient. They also have a shuttle bus to the ski areas as well as a shuttle bus for the train and bus station, not that many options for the time but still pretty convenient. Enjoyed the gym and sauna place! Gym is free but gotta pay for sauna/spa.

Excellent value hotel, quiet, spacious and a few small restaurant options. The staff were very helpful. Great locations to ski in the various local resorts. Excellent in-hotel ski rental with discount pass. Would definitely use again on a return trip.

그냥 그런 서비스의 호텔입니다. 요금 대비 별로 입니다. 카페트도 별로 청결하지 않았고 실내 공기도 별로이고 주변에 식사를 할 수 있는 선택권이 별로 없어요. 호텔내 식당들이 너무 늦게 문을 열고 일찍 닫아요.

Great for accessing the ski slopes, shuttle service to the mountains is great. Could offer more shuttle services to the train station that just twice a day. We had a room with a loft, would have been nice to be offered a free mattress given we were 4

Great that the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the ski slopes. If you are new to Korea give the Korean Sauna a go in the hotel, it’s a great facility.

Nice hotel but could have better F&B
Comfortable hotel. But lack of F&B facilities especially at lunch time. The hotel doesn't operate any F&B services after breakfast. The few F&B outlets at B1 of hotel opens only for dinner. The rooms are too warm too and unable to adjust the temperature. Have to open the doors to let the natural air to cool the room.

객실도 숙소도 매우 깨끗했고 친절하셨습니다. 층고가 높아서 실제 사이즈보다 훨~~신 넓어보이는 효과가있어요. 식음료 선택도 아케이드에 여러 식당들이 있어서 호텔 식음료로 한정되지않고 다양한 선택이 가능해요. 사우나시설도 매우좋았고 체련장은 기본적인것만 갖춰져있어서 기본 훈련은 가능합니다.

I appreciated the hotel shuttle service from jinbu ktx station. I also enjoyed the little farm inside the hotel. The villa-style room i stayed was nicely designed and neat!

pet villa requires more cleaning
the facility is getting older and i find it staffs are not knowledgeable about their own barbeque programs and heating systems. great location. relatively new facility 5 years i think. their chicken bbq in the premise is terrible. keep in mind that pet villa and pet room stinks and many insects.

Love it
The bathroom was clean. The room was clean. The tucked away cabinets were super convenient for storage. We loved the upper area with the staircase. We didn’t use it but it was cool. The view was nice enough. We saw the mountains and wind turbines spinning. The bed was really comfortable. And the balcony was awesome. It was a little cold so we didn’t use it but the time before this that we stayed we ate dinner out there. Ramada is always a good choice of stay. The staff are helpful and it’s a really relaxing place to stay. It’s very quiet. My only complaint is that the black out curtains don’t block all the light so the sun comes in some still. But it’s a wonderful place. I highly suggest it.

The room was very hot with no way to cool it down as only option was to heat the room. I had to keep the balcony door open to get cold air throughout the night. Very odd!!! Room otherwise was very modern and clean.

Great little getaway
Dated, but clean and comfortable. We stayed in a corner suite that was very roomy. Service was outstanding especially the front desk as well as other staff we encountered. Great location on top of the hill with great views.
