「We stayed second time at this flat. Despite the small issues at the beginning all went excellent. The support of the team was also , even at one late Sunday they managed to get the entrance door fixed within an hour! So simply I can strongly recommend and 100% sure that our next stay will be here again.
Maybe an outside barbecue place could be added and a safe for storing important stuff.」

「The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four.
The showers are a little small though.
The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more.
The facilities were good. Everything you could want.
The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was.

「Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.
