「The breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely fresh fruit salad. Lunch in the bar is very good. Lots of free and easy parking directly outside the hotel. The decor inside is so rich, where do you look first, beautiful and tasteful. Our room had a four poster bed which we were not expecting, real treat, the room had a panoramic view of the coast line. We just had a wonderful time.」

「Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. 「We had an overnight stay here for a friend's birthday and really enjoyed our stay , It's not the Ritz as some previous reviewers seemed to expect,but it was clean ,the guy on the reception was friendly and helpful and we managed to use the outdoor swimming pool.An ideal location for what we needed ,」

「This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay. The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am. Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.」
