“Location easy to Q Casino, easy indoor connection. Can use available restaurants at both adjacent hotels. The elevator floors needed a good cleaning and the room could have been a little cleaner.”

“Great location but the rooms were getting a little tired. The heat would turn on the fan but would not throw heat; so as a consequence, the room was cool the entire time. Would never heat up the room and the thermostat stayed at the same temp even though we increased the temp. In all fairness, we never told the front desk as they may have moved us to another room.”

“The front desk clerk was kind and tried to be helpful. The property and rooms were dirty and run down. We did not use the pool so unable to comment on that.”

“We had a late arrival and had to call to gain access to the motel and the room.”

“The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. And speaking of key card-it deactivated (which the manager says happens all the time) so we had to run back downstairs, outside and to the front desk. The bed was very hard and……

“The hotel seems to be under construction and not up to snuff. There were strange smells immediately in the lobby. The pool was out of order and this was a big disappointment. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just used them or they had sat in a wrinkled pile. There was a rip in the curtains. The bathtub drain did not close to seal the tub so I could not take a bath. It was dirty all around the drain. The shower head had pink gunk on it. The lock on the door was broken. After……

“Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.”
