“Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“Das Hotel haben wir schon öfter besucht. Perfekt für uns als Familie ist immer eine Familien-Suit mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Ins Zentrum kommt man in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss. Frühstück in Buffettform ausreichend (regionale Zutaten).”

“Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Leise Klimaanlage! Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus und im Hof. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen.”

“If you want to be in the heart of Berat, then this is your spot. It is the finest hotel in the city. It is a very large hotel with superior amenities. If you are looking for quaint little mom and pop type accommodation, then you will want to go a different direction. You can walk to most all attractions Berat has to offer from this location. ”

“El hotel superó las expectativas puesto que tenía un precio muy bajo para su ubicación y hacia dudar. Sorprendió gratamente el lugar puesto que es muy tradicional, original y está muy limpio todo.”

“We had a great time at Te Gjyshi. Located right by the fort and owned by the restaurant, with the same name, that has a long history of serving guests in Berat. The place was newly renovated and the views were better than shown in the pictures. Restaurant served delicious Albanian cuisine and you received a discount for being a hotel guest. For breakfast you didnt get a choice to choose qhat you would like but what they served was again delicious. We especially loved how close we were to the……

“o hotel é administrado pelas pessoas da família, extremamente gentis. Apesar de, pelas fotos, ter a aparência de ser antigo, é novo. O quarto é muito amplo, com organização e limpeza impecáveis, com camas confortáveis e roupa de cama de qualidade. Banheiro bom e limpo.”
