Smooth check-in, diligent room cleaning service, helpful staff in getting taxi and providing instructions. However the restaurant Xianggong was a little bit disappointing but that is not the hotel's problem. Oh, great location to access the MixC Mall across the street!

Great value hotel with 5 star feel and facilities. Very convenient location, helpful and friendly staff. Buffet lunch was reasonable, but not many decent non-meat options. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Very attentive housekeeping, water bottles replenished adequately, rooms were modern, spacious and clean.

My family had a lovely stay in Shangri La Qingdao. Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room). I would certainly stay here again in my next visit to Qingdao.

Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead.
I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored.

Great service and great staff. Connects to the local 7-11 so its super convenient. About a less than 10 minute cab ride (~1-2 USD) to every single attraction except the mountain.

We had a great stay...everything up to the standard you'd expect from a Shangri-La property. The staff were very helpful and really went out of their way to get us settled in. The hotel is right by the May 4th Square metro station, so easy access to the city as well as Qingdao Railway Station. The MixC shopping mall is across the street so very convenient as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, full range of Western and Chinese dishes.

Very busy hotel. A good hotel with five star amenities. My favorite hotel in Chau that serves foreigners farewell. Great service and easy transportation however, the location could have a traffic and take times to get out of hotel cross the street is a nice beautiful square with great view Beside the hotel has a large mall with the all high end products
