「Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didn’t process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust.」

First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent. 「The property itself is dated. The rooms were okay, but definitely could use some work. Our door didn't properly latch and the bed had definitely seen better days (very lumpy). The breakfast was subpar and the breakfast area's floor was very sticky. I would choose another location next time.」

「Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience」
